It probably needs more time to break in, but the mattress feels significantly more firm that the one we tried on display. I understand there is a break in period, but I am needing to put a mattress topper on just to be able to sleep on this. I reverted back to my old bed for a short time to recover from the first 10 days. Going to try again soon. I've also been walking on it and having my kids jump on it to try to soften it up. In the store, my body sunk into it really well. At home, it's more stiff, and I can't get comfortable.

Me and my husband are not over weight we are healthy BMI and this mattress sinks in significantly in each side we sleep on with a hump in the middle I have to roll up on to the hump To his side so cuddle him. I have back pain we are both side and back sleepers. I opted pillow top as I had a posturepedic medium pillow top that did not cause these problems until after having for 10 plus years.

Softer than I expected based upon the in-store model. Was expecting a little bit firmer of an experience which disappointed me. The store had this and extra-firm. If they'd had the regular firm, I probably would've gotten t hat.

It is a very good mattress but the remote to contol the head plattform cable is too short and if I am in bed and want to adjust it, I have to reach out too far and it falls on the floor sometimes.

I'm very disappointed in this mattress. It is six months old and there is an indentsation in the middle of the mattress. I turn these mattresses every time I change my sheets. I am not a heavy person. I want some restitution and I want these mattresses replaced.

My new Serta Perfect Sleeper is already showing signs of body depression in the center of my mattress. I've only had it about 6 weeks and already my back is hurting again. Rotating it has not helped. My back and I am not impressed with this mattress.

This med firm mattress hugs my lower back. I felt it the moment I tried it at the store, after 1 year of searching.
For once, I didn't wake up from tossing and turning to get comfortable. I recommend this mattress for those with lower back issues.
