Seems like a decent mattress, especially for the brand and money. It will only be used on rare occasions and by the grandchildren so it should last a long time.

This is an amazingly constructed mattress that is replacing my ancient no-name one; you could say that I probably should've replaced the old one sooner and my back wouldn't be suffering as much as it is.. but I'm confident that THIS one will make it all better! I know for a FACT that I'll definitely be sleeping waaay better from now on!

The Serta Classic Mattress is an excellent choice for someone who is on a budget, so far I don't deal with hip pain anymore since I have received my queen size mattress. It was an excellent choice. Serta was the best choice for me to purchase my mattress.

I have used serta my entire life. This js the worst, most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I don't know what happened with this one, but my wife feels the same way. The old mattress was more comfortable and better.

I tried to purchase this a month ago, but the delivery partners they have are terrible. They couldn't deliver the bed until a month later, and "every deliver spot fills up quick". It wasn't worth the hassle.

I purchased this back in June come August I noticed that I am sleeping in a ditch I called serta for their 10-year warranty supposably and was told I have to call the store I purchased it from JCPenney their policy is they charge you $95 restocking fee and I have to purchase a new mattress so technically I'm buying two serta is telling me that the tenure warranty only is valid if the store that I purchase it is not around anymore which to me it's bull you don't stand behind your products and now 7 months later I have to purchase another mattress which I am not buying serta ever again unless they rectify this problem I'm having

I have severe back pain if I don't sleep on the right support mattress. I got lucky that this mattress is a game changer for my back and my sleep. After sleeping on this mattress a week, I can feel my back getting progressively better as well as my sleep. I can sleep deeper without waking up in the middle of the night. Great mattress for me!

Comfortable mattress. It's smaller than I thought it would be for a Queen sized bed, but it's good enough for me right now. I'm just glad my heels don't reach the very end of the bed or hang off the edge when I lay down. I can get some good sleep on this! I can also tell that this mattress will last me a very long time, based on its quality. I'm satisfied; I'm a happy customer.

I ordered the Serta on August 15 said it would be delivered the following week, then I received an email saying it would be September 3, the day before it was supposed to be delivered I received a call from their 3rd party shipping company saying it would delivered September 17th. I could not wait until then I bought another mattress. Now I'm out $349.56 (no mattress and no refund)!

I enjoy the mattress now that I finally received it, but the process was horrible and I'll never order from them again. Delivery date was changed 3 times and one product never arrived and they had the audacity to send a crew to pickup something that was never received. The mattress overall is great, but not worth the troubles.

Unfortunately, I never received my product so I cannot review it. The shipping company was horrible. They rescheduled my delivery two or three times and were very difficult to communicate with. When they finally did reschedule my delivery… No fault of my own… They told me it would be an additional four weeks On top of the three weeks, I had already waited. I ended up canceling the order because again the delivery company was deplorable.

The order was canceled. It was backordered after I waited 4 weeks to get delivery. After waiting that long to get it, TWO DAYS before the expected delivery date I received a text informing me it was backordered with no estimated new delivery date given! Thats the way you treat customers! Will never buy another mattress from Serta.

I'll let you know the real answer when I receive it. The first mattress was lost in shipping and the replacement is taking its sweet time. I went with the certa mattress because I've had one before and I loved it, but I am so NOT ordering online again! Customer service have all been polite, unfortunately they can't tell me anything.
