Paid a lot of money for a plush mattress with no springs but I do believe the floor would be a softer option. Could barely move in the morning will have to resort to sleeping on my soft sofa again very disappointed very hard bed.

I had an IComfort plush mattress for 9nyears. I decided to replace it. I bought it through a local dealer on line.
It was delivered and I immediately sat on it to check the comfort level. With the old mattress when it was delivered
I sank down into a cloud of heavenly comfort. This new CF3000 feels like like it has the comfort level of laying on
a board. The tag says "Plus" but as far as I'm concerned it is at least medium if not firm.
I called the retailer an they said it could take up to 3-4 weeks to achieve the plush comfort level. My old iComfort was
Plush as soon as it was delivered. I'll give it a week then see where it is at with the comfort level.

I am very satisfied with this mattress and so glad I have chosen the CF 4000 Plush Serta!
I now fall asleep quicker and sleep more soundly through the night. Most of the back pain (which had been getting worse)
has diminished significantly. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to replace their mattress.

I have had my king mattress for 5-6 years. It was firm when I bought it and it's named and marketed as FIRM. now it's like sleeping in a pit. It also will not lay flat anymore and I only weigh 140lbs.
Hugely disappointed and not Worth the $$ spent. I should have and could have bought a tempurpedic with how much I spent. And I just discovered today that the layers are not even in a solid encasement. No wonder the sheets don't stay on the bed all the layers inside move every time you move and not just up and down. So so dissatisfied.

Mattress lost firmness in the middle and because I sleep on my side, I wake up from lower back pain because my spine is bending sideways. So I wake up every 20 to 30 min to offset the pain by turning on the other side. If you do not wish to sleep at night, GET SERTA!

We've had the i Comfort CF4000 for about 10 days and love it. Here in southern Louisiana staying cool at night to sleep is of concern and one of the reasons we waited to get a memory foam mattress. Well you got it right. My wife who always sleeps with socks decided to sleep without them the first night on the new mattress and bed. She woke up complaining her feet were cold. She now sleeps through the night as do I. We both had problems with snoring but the Motion Essentials IV Split King Adjustable Base allowed us to adjust our head height independently and slept silently for the first time in years. This bed is what we needed as I sleep on my side and on my back and always feel support on this mattress. One problem is where can I get the headboard mounts that I need?

Never buy this mattress! I have a genetic spine disease and I was told this would help me sleep, yeah ok....I hate this mattress!!!! I have had this mattress Almost 4 years now and I want to burn it! And on top of it Serta finds every reason in the book to not replace there product!! I spent almost 1700.00 for the box spring and mattress with delivery, tax, etc. and I dread going to sleep. And what's worse is when you're pregnant trying to sleep on this piece of garbage! Thanks Serta you really have outdone yourselves. I sit on my mattress and feel nothing but my box springs. I'm in so much pain already and then having to sleep on this makes it so much worse. I wish your company would honor my warranty that they supposedly give you and make this right!!!! Be better. Period.

I will start by saying that I am a terrible sleeper. As far back as I can remember, I have struggled with insomnia. Getting to sleep and staying asleep is not something that I have ever been good at. I find it very difficult to get comfortable, and I do a lot of tossing and turning. I also have back problems and need a Mattress with firm support, but I find firm mattresses terribly uncomfortable. This mattress has been a huge help. It is soft and plushy and incredibly comfortable. I just sink right in and it molds itself to my body no matter what position I'm in. I don't know how they did it but it also manages to provide the support that I need to not wake up with back pain. I am so happy with this mattress. I seriously haven't slept this well in years and I'm thrilled that I found this mattress and had the opportunity to get one. It seems very well made and I expect it to last for many years.

I love this serta plush icomfort matress it is so comfortable and thick. I hadnt had a good nights sleep fkr the longest time but when i slept on the icomfort i fell asleep all night. I love that the matress ks so tall and thick and jts from memory so when i get up the matress goes back to how plush it was. I love that it has a cover that i can take off and wash any time i want and i can put it back on. I love that my bed is taller because of the matress.

This is the most comfortable, plush mattress I have ever slept on. I love how its firm so it really supports you during sleep, but it has enough plushness to be comfortable and forms to your body. Even though its Nov- we still live in Arizona so I love the fact that this mattress has cooling technology so that way my husband (who is ALWAYS hot) seems to never get hot at night anymore! Its been wonderful!

I feel like this bed was made for me. The memory foam conforms to my body. Its thick and plush as well as exceptionally comfortable. It absorbs every movement my husband makes at night and that is a big deal because I am such a light sleeper. I cannot say enough how pleased I am.

I absolutely love this IComfort bed when you first lay on it it's just like heaven I sank right down right in to it. Its kept me cooler when we had warmer days which I really enjoy. Love how tall the mattress is love a bed with some height to it. When my husband or daughter move around when sleeping I don't feel.any movement on the bed itself so not constantly woken up by every movement or when he gets out of bed early in the morning. The best bed I've ever had in my life wake up with way less back pain as well which a number one problem for me

This is my first foam mattress and my first plush mattress. It is very comfortable. I get a great nights sleep on this. I like that I don't feel movements when my husband gets up.
Initially I used it with a standard bed frame I had but I could detect where the crossbar was. It felt better to me when it was on a more supportive base.
My only complaint is that it does not have a lot of support on the edge of the bed. When I sleep on the edge I feel like I might fall off.

I recieved this mattress a few weeks ago. I wanted to really try it out before I wrote a review. I have back problems and when I wake up I am always super stiff and it's hard for me to get out of bed. Also I toss and turn all night and can never just sleep through the night. Ever since I have been using this mattress I have not been stiff my back doesn't hurt near as bad as it usually does. Once I fall asleep I am out like a light and I don't wake up until my alarm goes off. I am so happy!!!
I was worried because I had ordered the soft mattress and after I did I was scared it might be too soft and maybe I should of ordered the medium. That's not the case at all. It's soft but it still feels firm and it is so comfortable. My husband also is in love with it and his back hasn't been bothering him like it use to. I am just in heaven and so thankful for this bed. If your looking to buy a mattress I can 100% say you will be so glad you bought this one. You won't have any regrets at all. Oh and my old bed was a california king and my bed was so high off the ground which I loved. We had been thinking about switching to a queen for awhile (because our room is small) anyways i thought it would be low on the ground and that was a huge reason it took us forever to decide. Well the mattress is pretty thick and when you use a box spring also it makes the bed super high. ( i ordered a little big bigger boxspring then the normal ones) anyways even without the boxspring I feel the mattress is thick enough that your definitely not close to the ground. Order this mattress you will not regret it, it is amazing and We couldn't be happier!!!

I have been sleeping on my iComfort CF4000 plush for several weeks now and i have been getting some of the best sleep of my life. My whole body is supported and cradled as i sleep, i feel like i am sleeping on a cloud because while i am being supported, it is super soft. I tend to run warm when i sleep as well, this does an excellent job at wicking heat away and keeps me at the perfect sleeping temperature.

I have never found a mattress that I have slept great in from day one. It has always taken me a few weeks to get used to. With this mattress, from day one, I have slept amazing! I haven't woken up once in the middle of the night. I have no problems going to sleep. The cooling sensation is noticeable and I love it. I sleep very warm so my main reason for choosing this mattress was the cooling benefit. When I get into bed, my pillows even feel cool. I haven't woke up in the morning sweaty like I used to. I would highly recommend this mattress.

Oh my goodness!! This plush mattress is amazing!! It was delivered and packaged well. They even took my old mattress so I was happy about that. It fit perfectly in our room. This is my first memory foam mattress so the first couple of days I had to get use to it but OMG!! I've been sleeping so much better now. Before getting the new mattress, I would sleep for maybe 6 hours but getting up a couple of times a night. Now I'm sleeping almost 8 hours straight. It feels so amazing waking up we'll rested. Such a comfortable mattress!!

This is so soft and comfortable. It was thicker than I thought (of course if I had read description...) But my sheets are just deep enough to fit. The delivery was very professional and wore shoe protectors and gloves while handling my new mattress. I love that this bed has such a soft top while still being supportive all night. It really is like sleeping on a comfy cloud.

This mattress is absolutely AMAZING!! I have a bad back and have dealt with waking up with severe back pain for 12 years now. I now am able to get right out of bed!! My back is still sore, which is to be expected since my back is injured, but this bed definitely makes it more tolerable! It's definitely not joking when it says cooling too! I no longer wake up sweating! This is one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on! Because it is memory foam it forms perfectly to every curve of your body. The quality is also outstanding! I now have no need for my memory foam pad! I threw that thing out! The quality completely exceeds my expectations for the value!! The first night that I slept on this mattress, the next day I woke up refreshed and ready to take on the day. This mattress is super soft not to the point where you just sink in, but just perfectly soft. The quality of this mattress can't be beat, the stitching and fabric used that went into manufacturing this product is what makes this mattress stand out. We recently tried this new mattress and are happy we did. A mattress is critical to a good nights sleep. So far, the iComfort CF4000 has provided just that!
The mattress is firm, yet soft, It has a cooling mechanism inside it and I am not finding myself waking up hot or sweaty during the night. It is very hot here and we try to conserve energy costs by not having the A/C running too much. It is rare for me to not wake up feeling hot and uncomfortable. Since sleeping on this mattress I have not been overly hot. I am a side sleeper and sometimes wake with lower back pain if a mattress is too soft or even too firm. I have had no back issues since we started with this mattress, and believe it conforms to fit the curve of my body-its supportive but comfortable. I have also been pleased that the mattress does not move or shake --my husband moves often when he is sleeping. Sometimes I can get frustrated or woken up by his movements. This mattress is steady and I do not notice his movements.
Overall we are very pleased with this mattress. Super comfy and supportive. I love that it minimizes movements and that it helps keep me cool during the night. I recommend this mattress!

The iComfort CF4000 Plush Serta mattress has a very nice cooling effect. I tend to overheat in the evening while sleeping, and this bed does help with this issue. The bed did have a foam smell, but it dissipated after a couple days. The bed is plush and has a medium firmness in my opinion. It took my arthritic back a couple days to get used to the memory foam firmness of the mattress. This mattress works with an adjustable support base. We are most happy with the cooling effect of the mattress. living in Arizona, and with my overheating issue. I recommend this mattress for it's plush support and cooling effect.

This mattress is so soft, but yet firm. It does actually keep me cool at night, which is something i have a problem with. I like that I don't have to use a box spring as a base, it is easier to just lay it on a platform. It can also be used with a moving frame which would come in handy for some people.

I switched from a memory foam mattress to traditional and hated every second of it so I am so glad to have found something that works for both my husband and I. Upon arrival this iComfort mattress did have a scent so needed to be aired out for 24 hours. Upon just the initial touch and laying down on this mattress it was amazing. I'm not a stomach sleeper but this mattress provides enough comfortable support to make that possible. It is soft but firm at the same time, lightly hugging the curves and bones of my body. I always have a worry about temperature when it comes to memory foam but this mattress is much cooler than traditional memory foam and even cooler than my old mattress that isnt memory foam. This mattress is solid and well made and by far the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. Would definitely reccomended.

This mattress is quite comfortable. It provides me just enough support where I need it most, my back, but it is not too soft where I sink completely. The cushion is very supportive with a bit of firmness to it but not too much. It has the perfect balance of both worlds.

I sleep on my side and read that a plush mattress is the best for my sleeping position and I couldn't agree more. The moment you touch this mattress it is so soft and really comfortable and makes you feel like you're on a cloud. It forms to my body while sleeping and takes pressure of my body without making me sink in and that's a huge plus. There is also a carbon fiber memory foam layer which helps keep the body cool and keeps the heat away which is needed for my husband since he runs hot at night. The mattress itself is thick and a box spring is not even needed. This is the most comfortable mattress that I have ever slept on! Would definitely recommend.

I cannot say enough positive things about this mattress. First of all it is extremely comfortable and it offers excellent support. Either though I chose the soft mattress, it still offers excellent comfort while supporting your body at the same time. Unlike other mattresses I do not sink in if that makes sense. I also want to mention that when my husband comes to bed at night I cannot feel him coming to bed or moving around all night like I did with my other mattress. Since having this both of us have slept 100% better. We both do not wake up as much and when we do get up in the morning we are not stiff from sleeping on an uncomfortable mattress. Another huge positive is that this mattress actually stays cool at night! I was extremely impressed with that. The mattress itself is made well and made of high quality materials. I look at this as an investment. This mattress is made to last for many years to come. I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

The iComfort CF4000 Plush is what every household needs. I am a combo sleeper, I switch between my back, side and stomach and it has great response and support. It has just the right amount of hug to cradle my hips and shoulders and it kept my spine aligned as I slept on my back. Excellent construction and I can tell it's sturdy and will last us long. I share my bed with my husband and sometimes the kids and dog sneak into our our and there's absolutely no interruption with the iComfort CF4000 Plush!

This is the best mattress I have ever had. I have always had insomnia and once I laid on this mattress I don't even remember going to sleep. It is so comfortable and has the right plush, it also has just the right amount of support. I felt so well and rested the next morning. It was the best nights sleep I have had in forever. My husband is usually extremely hot at night and this is the first time he has ever slept through the night and not complained about it being to hot. I can say for sure this mattress keeps you cool.
